Our Terms and Conditions
At Glisten Glow Aesthetics, we strive to provide the best service and respect for all our clients and their time. To ensure the smooth operation of our scheduling and to accommodate all clients, please review the following terms regarding late shows, no shows, and cancellations:
Arrival Time:
- Clients are required to arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time. This ensures we can start your service promptly and allow for any necessary preparations.
Late Arrivals:
- If a client is more than 10 minutes late for their appointment, it will be automatically canceled and will need to be rescheduled.
- Clients who anticipate being late must notify us at least 1 hour before their scheduled appointment to allow us to make adjustments and accommodate other clients. Failure to notify will result in the cancellation of the appointment.
No Shows:
- If a client does not show up for their scheduled appointment, there will be a $70 charge.
- This fee will be charged to the card on file, or must be paid in full before any future appointments can be booked.
Cancellation Policy:
- We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of an appointment.
- If an appointment is canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, a $50 fee will apply.
- This fee will be charged to the card on file, or must be paid in full before any future appointments can be booked.
By booking an appointment with Glisten Glow Aesthetics, you agree to the above terms and conditions. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a smooth and efficient service for all of our clients.
Return Policy for Glisten Glow Aesthetics
At Glisten Glow Aesthetics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we offer the following return policy.
Return Window: Items can be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- In their original, unopened packaging.
- Accompanied by the original receipt.
Refund Method: All eligible returns will be processed as store credit, which can be used towards:
- A future product purchase.
- A treatment at Glisten Glow Aesthetics.
Non-returnable Items:
- Clearance items.
- Items purchased as part of a special promotion.
- Items purchased with a treatment as part of a package.
- All of the above are final sale and cannot be returned.
Note: We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet the above criteria.
Changes to These Terms and Conditions
Glisten Glow Aesthetics reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page, and the updated Terms and Conditions will be effective as of the date of posting.
